There is no job security, no growth and no respect to you. Before joining them you are an asset and they would do anything to make you join but once you join your problems are their liability which they dont care about. I was fired without any notice period. The saddest part is the way it was communicated. the HR of this company is like i have never seen anywhere. I dont know how can someones knowledge and common sense be so less being a HR. She is rude and does not care about your pain. The company should fire her and hire someone efficient. She does not believe in communicating all the company policies as well. For eg: this company has a bench policy of paying the bench candidate only 60% of the monthly salary. This thing is not communicated to you at all you come to know about it only when you come to bench. The senior management would always remain AWOL when you need them. As i had mentioned no empathy. they would make a lot of promises before you join like joining bonus, US opportunities, etc etc. All bogus claims. My advice to everyone, if you are not desperate please donot join the company. Please wait you will find a better opportunity. If you are joining then pray with folded hands that nothing happens from the client end.
