Pros
Fusion is easy to work for, especially in Texas (right to work state). Once you sign your contract, your employment just continues until the client doesn't need you anymore, which could be a very long time!
Cons
Fusion is a body shop. If you're OK without job feedback, contact with the Fusion account team, or salary reviews and you just want to get paid for doing good work, then it's OK, but I would like more involvement from the company in my assignment and client relationship.
