Pros
I think it's unfair that so many reviewers are saying its a terrible place to work. I think it is an amazing place to work if you love humiliation, have no conscience and a broken moral compass. You better be willing to turn on your coworkers and contacts on a dime or you will find yourself the subject of public and private dressing downs by the cro whose greatest skill is making himself feel better by firing people who make him feel insecure. (Remember the kid in school who was so annoying that he'd almost get whupped all the time, but then he'd whine 'do you know who my DAD is?" to scare people? Yeah that kid. Only this time, dad is the CEO.) Get ready to have your performance (and clothing) criticized via company-wide emails calling you out by a tantruming boy king and then taking his side, and you'll do great. Enjoy the moderately good salary, because you have to haul in every day and pay out of pocket to park in the Seaport, because being rich and avoiding taxes is only for the company owners (hello, new 'headquarters' in NH!) and they want to see everyone in the seats before takng off on their boats. Forget work-life balance. If you have an actual life, this place is def not for you. Don't get close to the awesome employees in other departments, because they will soon be fired. ALso, no love for a diverse staff here. The behind-doors racism is rampant. Please take your skills elsewhere for your own sake. Oh. The kitchen has snacks.
Cons
Oh sorry. I covered all this in the pros. The least paid holidays possible by law. In office 5 days a week oh - they never tell people during interviews, but regular office hours are 9-6. And lunch hour is enforced, so forget going for lunch on your own schedule. And they will clock your badge coming and going, and HR will email you to ask about latenesses and absence.
