Wish I could give this place 0 stars — but sadly, that’s not an option. If you’re someone who’s fine with management dictatorship, this place is for you! If you have no spine or self-respect, this place is for you! If you don’t mind managers making comments about your family or demeaning you under the name of jokes, welcome aboard. And if you’d like to witness misogynistic behaviour in every form — from team leads to upper management — this is your dream company! After tolerating all this for months and formally complaining to HR (hoping for support 😆), guess what happened? The very next day, HR called to inform me they were “letting me go due to performance impact.” All of a sudden? Apparently, because I had “too many leaves.” Yes, I did — because I was suffering from chikungunya and steroid side effects. I provided all medical documents and even requested work-from-home instead of taking leave. Still, I was terminated overnight, with no notice or compensation. The best part? This came from the same HR I had reported the toxicity to. They simply can’t handle a woman who stands up for herself. And honestly, watching that fear was the funniest part. 😅
