Pros

A decent dealership with a somewhat acceptable corporate structure.

Cons

The cons are many. No meaningful training. They have Andy Elliott videos that are half helpful. Onboarding process takes too long. The managers all say, "We'll train you!" They don't. High failure / turnover. If you don't sell at least 8 cars a month - you're terminated. Sometimes they terminate the lowest sales employee, so you just have to make sure you're not the lowest performing rep. Not allowed to self generating leads. You're just sitting outside waiting for an customer. Your ability to market online are almost non-existent and they don't even have sales strategies for you to succeed. You're not allowed to post cars on social media with prices for legal reasons and there's no work-arounds. Hostile work environment. Since they hire almost anyone with a pulse, they often hire disruptive personalities who cause problems. Managers end up yelling at everyone collectively. You're also frequently threatened with being fired for underperforming despite not being trained. You're trained to fail here. They fire employees who underperform instead of training them to succeed. Sales managers are effectively useless baby-sitters that don't train.
