Within our newly created People & Culture department, we are implementing a number of processes such as exit interviews and employee feedback interviews to understand how employees are feeling and what we can do to make any required improvements, we continue to act on this feedback.
Growing the business via acquisition is one of our objectives and we consider it to be a really important part of our strategy. Unfortunately this occasionally results in duplications in roles and it has been necessary to amend the organisational structure as a result. We strive to be open and honest about these changes and try to keep impact to a minimum.
