One of our core values is “it’s the people in the boat that matter”, and this is reflected through the internal initiatives we’ve introduced, such as our uncapped holiday policy and our annual profit pool. These are in place to reward our amazing people and to enable a good work/life balance.
Our People & Culture team is dedicated to supporting our staff and will always endeavor to get back to you within 24 hours of your communication. We are also looking to recruit more talent into both our P&C and tech teams to ensure we support the business as required.
Future is a highly ambitious company and one of our strategic goals will always be to grow. But we also value the incredible people who have made our success possible and want to ensure that everyone’s experience at Future is positive. This is why we’ve hired a new Head of Learning & Development and are exploring new ways to support and develop our staff.
