Future is very ambitious and achieves amazing results. If you want to work for a successful company that is constantly striving for success then Future is it. Some great brands. Nice new London office Regular company briefings to staff - much improved internal Comms (but one way)
Cons
Awful culture - I honestly think the company don't care about its staff. "We all row the boat" is often used but that's so meaningless when you treat employees badly. Relentless drive of the company means high workloads and finger pointing if targets are missed. Management don't listen. The company is micro managed by the CEO and whatever she says goes. That's why it's so successful but also why it's a bad place to work. Future is finding it increasingly hard to recruit because of low pay, low morale and inflexibility on working from home. It's 3 office days for everyone regardless of role. Constant acquisition of rivals means constant change and that's exhausting.
