Pros
PTO is pretty good on paper: unlimited vacation, plus 80 hours of sick pay, although it sometimes felt like a burden on coworkers to use it. Dental premium is low; medical is eh. Has 401(k) match -- I don't remember how much. Has stock award, and you can buy stock. Decent day-to-day work-life balance because of remote work.
Cons
Most of my time at Future was really at SmartBrief. I was there before and after Future bought it, and things were way better before. Future has the typical large-company culture: hustle and do more with less. Most of my immediate coworkers were wonderful people, and I miss them. But a lot of the things good about SmartBrief/Future had disappeared by the time I was laid off. Quality didn't really matter anymore -- just get it done. I wouldn't say stay away from Future, but if you enjoy being an individual contributor, this is not the place for you. You're not going to fit unless you're a climber (and willing to step on people along the way).
