      Pros

      Great people to work with. Your co-workers become part of your family. Nobody pulled a rank card on you and they were all open to suggestions on how to improve the company.

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with similar positions in the Bay Area. Also, the company seemed to have much foresight into changes going on in the industry.
