Pros

100% quality products and installation. Customers pay more but get the value!

Cons

As I have seen stated in another review, the owner practices Management by Intimidation. He had 6 locations but closed Oceanside and San Leandro. There has been almost 100% turnover of the sales team within the last year (I think there are 1 or 2 sales people that were there 6 months ago that are still employed). About 80% of the turnover was via termination of people who were performing! The other small percentage, including his longest term salesperson (who was with Future for almost 18 years) quit because he could no longer take the Gestapo rule that is used by the owner. And these were given to "employees" who were working 100% on commission ... he never paid a salary, yet demanded that you work 6 days a week and be available up to 14 hours a day!

Pros

Vans are in ok condition, good starter company for those new to solar

Cons

- They rely heavily on pencil and paper for time tracking. They do not have Outlook or Google Calendar for schedules, and time off was a hassle because we had to run a form between cubicles instead of using a simplified payroll app. - We also had less independence. Services couldn’t just work without someone hovering over them. - The current solar system generac they’re hawking is pretty bad and is difficult to troubleshoot compared to enphase, tesla, and soleredge (Generac is like the betamax or laserdisc of solar systems) - And the management is incredibly frugal to the point of insanity. -no paid lunches -no weekly pay -micromanagers in the office call you every hour checking the vehicle’s gps -they cram three people into a van despite having plenty of vehicles -non-existent diversity
