Pros
Huge marketing budget, continuous sales training, generous spiffs, 401k, health care, huge inventory of cars to sell, solid management team, embrace technology. Lots of customers but lots of friendly competition as well. They do a good job of pushing the team concept. They really promote from within. They are big on integrity.
Cons
Really, none. Just like any car sales job, the hours are long and it can be a grind. If you want to make great money, be prepared to work 70+ hours per week. But, that's all car sales jobs. Some of the desk managers are pretty conservative on deals but I've seen much worse at other dealerships.
