Pros
I started work at MF as a Project Manager, and over the 6 years I was there advanced to a Strategist thanks to their focus on career growth and upskilling. Something MF instilled in its employees which still sticks with me is the ability and courage to be brave in finding solutions to problems that are grounded in customer needs and behaviours. I've recommended MF to numerous mates since leaving, and will continue to do so in future.
Cons
As one of the founding employees working hard was a focus in the first few years, but as the business grew, working smarter became the focus which brought a much better work/life balance.
