Pros
1. Good team. Most of the people hired in the company are good to work with. 2. By and large, professional way of working, barring some exceptions. All policies are laid down well and implemented well. There is good internal support
Cons
1. Inter company co-ordination is a big issue, with clashing objectives between one company and the other acting as a major deterrent to over all camaraderie. 2. Quality of products is not something that customers are happy about, which leads to brickbats for the market facing employees at some times.
