1. Future Group claims to be a US-based company but is actually headquartered in Cairo, Egypt. 2. Future Group offers translation and interpretation services to US and UK hospitals, legal departments, and other authorities but fails to comply with legal payment standards for its employees. 3. Although Future Group advertises an hourly payment rate of $6 for interpreters, most employees receive only $4–$5 per hour. 4. Future Group frequently delays wage payments to its employees. 5. Future Group often pays employees less than what was initially promised in their contracts. When employees request their rightful wages, Future Group arbitrarily reduces their pay and demoted its employees. 6. The remote contracts signed between Future Group and its employees lack legal validity due to the absence of authoritative electronic signatures. 7. Future Group ranks its employees every month without any clear criteria or standards. 8. Future Group unilaterally changes its employees' supervisors and working arrangements without considering employees' input or preferences. This results in incomplete handovers, unmodified contracts, and employees being compelled to perform unreasonable tasks without prior consent. 9. Otherwise, employees are expected to work without respite. 3) Missing any calls results in a 5% salary deduction. 4) Even approved leaves are recorded as zero productivity on performance sheets, which Future Group uses as a pretext to force employees to work during peak hours at lower pay rates.
