Managers are backstabbers. There is no leadership. There is a lot of fingerpointing for any failure to win a contract. Communication is hideously poor. There is an implied expecatation that you need to work many extra hours. They offer 3 weeks time off. Management can take all the time off for vacations, but woe to you if you take a a couple days off in a row (They are losing money.) A lot of hypocrisy here. Not much support for employees. Processes are cumbersome and ineffectual, but remember it is your fault.
