Horrible Workplace Environment - Finance Manager Future2 Labs Employee Review

I'm not sure about these other reviews but the CEO mark is a great guy to work for. He's fair and works hard to keep the company running efficiently. Some of the past employees I heard were stealing product and that's not good. But overall I give my 2 years there a 4.5/5*! I look forward to seeing more success

Other employees not taking the job seriously and being shady

Future2 is a start-up reaching for the leading edge of the cannabis industry. They indicate that they continue to invest in the latest production technology. Their attention to detail is first-rate. This could be a great place to work. They have some good products, ideas and sound production.

Management appears to be swimming. Communications and Distribution are issues. They seek to be a presence all over Northern California, serving the region from Santa Cruz is not working. Distribution, as it stands, rests on the sales force. All of the Sales Mangers (three resigned or were fired) and all but one of the salespersons have quit. There is a definite lack of respect and appreciation. Telemarketing support for sales has apparently been suspended. Communications on all levels is difficult in this small company. Commission Only, no expenses.
