Pros

You will learn a lot of new things here. The company helps you build professionalism and become more serious about your work.

Cons

There is no job security; you can get fired at any time without warning. The salary is quite low. Hard work often goes unnoticed, but mistakes are highlighted harshly. The overall work culture is not healthy, and the environment can feel stressful. The employer’s mood affects decisions, even when things seem to be going well.

Pros

There are no prons in this company

Cons

Everything is a scam when you're working at a 'lala' company. A major red flag of a bad company is that it's always hiring—there are constantly job openings. These companies don’t even provide basic necessities like a laptop, offer no compensation for internet expenses, and skip essential benefits like PF (Provident Fund) deductions. It's essentially modern-day slavery. They expect you to single-handedly develop entire apps with no support."

Pros

None that I could find. Completely a waste of time and effort.

Cons

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had. They give training, take tests, and then you start working thinking it's a proper opportunity. You put in your time, effort, laptop, internet, everything, and work with full dedication. But the reality is completely different. You can literally get fired within 30 minutes over something so small that you wouldn’t even consider it a mistake—especially when you’re new and still learning their system. I worked for a week after training and was suddenly removed without any proper reason. And the worst part? No payment at all. They say they invested time in training—but what about the time and effort we invested? That just doesn’t matter? It honestly feels very unfair and unprofessional. From what I’ve seen, this isn’t a one-time thing. They are always hiring, and now it makes sense why—people don’t last. It feels like a cycle where people join, work, and then get removed without pay.
