Pros
None that I could find. Completely a waste of time and effort.
Cons
Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
They give training, take tests, and then you start working thinking it's a proper opportunity. You put in your time, effort, laptop, internet, everything, and work with full dedication. But the reality is completely different.
You can literally get fired within 30 minutes over something so small that you wouldn’t even consider it a mistake—especially when you’re new and still learning their system.
I worked for a week after training and was suddenly removed without any proper reason. And the worst part? No payment at all. They say they invested time in training—but what about the time and effort we invested? That just doesn’t matter?
It honestly feels very unfair and unprofessional. From what I’ve seen, this isn’t a one-time thing. They are always hiring, and now it makes sense why—people don’t last. It feels like a cycle where people join, work, and then get removed without pay.
