No pros here. Just a scam to generate income for the dentists that pay to be registered with them.
Cons
Venture Capitol project run by shareholders that could care less about the people that work there. The other reviews are right, management totally demeans the poor employees. The ONE recent five star review was obviously posted by upper management in an effort to save face. Horrible company.
