Downsized quite a bit due to new owners

Been with Futuredontics for well over a decade! Have had many opportunities to take other positions with other companies but cannot imagine why I would. I've gone through all the changes over the years- not all easy - but, all meant to create a more positive, productive company that really helps consumers and dentists alike - (and no, I am not in upper management). Thrilled of course to have Fred Joya, Founder, back in the helm but either way, this company has always treated me with the up-most respect - I've found them to be, generous , providing the best benefits possible and honestly, I consider them family! You are lucky if you get to work for here!

Changes of course can be challenging but any changes this company has gone through over the past years was always about staying at the top of their game! In this fast-paced changing on-line world, had Futuredontics not made changes, they may not be around! If you've ever owned a business, you'll understand both sides of this coin. Being responsible for the welfare of hundreds of employees - an entire company - often takes hard decisions and lots of cheese moving. That in turn requires employees who can handle growth & change. I've personally been witness to Management who have done whatever they can to protect Futuredontics employees during the times of change. If you cannot handle change, then you may have trouble being happy with any company that has growth as part of their vision!
