      Pros

      PTO is the definite plus of this non-profit. Staff are very friendly & you are allowed to be creative. Truly feel like we are doing something beneficial for our participants.

      Cons

      A lack of communication from the higher ups. Challenging to grow here & work feels under appreciated financially because we are doing work that's not involve our job title.

      Flexible scheduling, Nice folks, works for a good cause.

      Can be a little zealous about work productivity, but frankly who isn't.

      Pros

      Lots of PTO, hours increase after years of service. Flexible

      Cons

      Pay is low for the amount of work that is required. Many staff have multiple job duties that fall outside their job title/job description.
