Pros

The company focuses hard on technology and security. I understand how I fit into the CEO's long term vision for the company. Good benefits and vacation. Management seems to really care about us. None of the politics you see at most companies. Lots of opportunity to learn and apply new skills.

Cons

People who don't do well in a fast paced environment won't enjoy working here as much. Other than that there are little to no cons.
