No free meal unless you are closing. Management does not check food quality, I have found moldy food in the walk-in multiple times. Management does not care about cleanliness of walk-in unless an inspection is coming up. I had to scrap meat juice off the floor of the walk-in that was essentially cemented onto the floor, I had told management about it days earlier. They say you need to be serve-safe certified but I figured out that was a lie when I saw another line cook trying to thaw RAW CHICKEN on top of tortillas we were about to serve. If a manager likes working in the kitchen then they will help out, if not good luck ever getting them to come back there. You could be the only person on the line swamped with tickets and management will be standing at expo talking with anybody and everybody. Management expects cooks to keep a clean station but won't clean up after themselves. Not only do I not recommend working here but I don't recommend eating here as well.
