Stable company, great team culture, people with a lot of knowledge, great place to learn. A lot of fringe benefits, free lunch, fruits, sodas. Seminars, parties, team events, project events etc. Team building at max. Demanding projects, interesting clients, cool things are being built. A lot of different departments focusing on different topics. Example: Innovation. People that care about other people. Honest company.
Cons
Technologies that are used are proven and stable and not always cutting edge. Building a career requires a lot of effort. Since it is a big company for some parts there is bureaucracy involved and some things change slow.
