Morale is down. New ownership came in and laid off people and expected employees to meet deadlines with shorten staff. The new CEO (not cliff) is completely out of touch with how difficult it is to produce work without any assistance. They fired my direct report without even speaking to me and still expected me to over perform. C suite always criticized everyone's work, basically telling us we were bad at our job. They expected us to work late hours and weekends to get things done and I was over it. Don't work here. There is no culture. I barely knew any of the faces from other department. Just work and stress. Leaving this company has been a blessing because I know work at a new company that truly values their employees. Better pay & title.
