Money is good. Lots of hours. They give you a vehicle. Training was good.

Extremely isolating. In the vehicle by yourself and out locating without any contact with others. Boss was abusive. Don't bother asking anyone for help. They discourage it. You only hear from people when they internally audit your work each week and point out all your mistakes

-Told you will receive 3 months of training/shadowing but will be placed in the field on your own after 3 weeks. -City and utility records are often wrong, difficult to interpret -If you're a floater, you will be driving across the city for tickets. Each area has different ways the utilities work, which feels like you're constantly starting over learning wise. -Will be on-call before you receive proper training for SSI's and other areas -Was supplied multiple trucks that had issues, breaking down, flat tires, no air conditioning throughout the summer. -The people I shadowed for training didn't allow me to do anything but watch. -Constant rule changes -Told you are too slow, but receive constant large difficult tickets compared to the area guys who can complete multiple tickets due to utilities clears or resprays
