Pros

Great support from payroll managers. Regular training and frequently updated KB articles are really helpful.

Cons

Treasury team is non-responsive and never accountable for their mistakes. They rarely respond to emails and chats and refuse to speak to clients. We have tools for productivity such as Clientapace cases and chats, but many employees ignore these until it's escalated to management. Tax team responds to cases with short, sarcastic, and unhelpful feedback just to get the case off their plate. They also refuse to speak to clients.

Thank you for the candid feedback and thank you for eight years of dedicated support. Receiving feedback is critical to our success and we take all of it very seriously. Our Treasury team handles the hundreds of daily transactions required to ensure all payroll is properly processed. At times, there may be delays in responding to emails, but the intent is to answer all emails and ClientSpace cases. However, the Treasury process can be delayed by banking systems and their operations. We recognize this can be frustrating for our internal teams as well as for our clients, but those delays remain outside our control. The Treasury team speaks with clients regularly and is always open to interacting directly when needed, always taking the lead/direction from the Payroll and Client Advocate teams when a discussion with our clients is needed. These teams welcome these discussions as needed. Thank you for your time with us and for your great feedback.
