      Very good team but it was fired at the end of the 2019

      Cons

      1. Lying management 2. Unprofessional CEO 3. No real businness goal 4. Lack of respect toward commited team members 5. Firing ppl just before 2 weeks vacation 6. No real understanding of IT proccess and frameworks like SCRUM or Agile

      High salaries, Qualified colleagues, A lot of learning experience,

      Extremely bad management of CEO. He does not know anything about running an IT company. He is a master of manipulation/lying. When people start to notice these things, the atmosphere/respect to him is stepping down. He does absolutely nothing to make things better. Managers try their best but CEO decisions are absolute and most of the time - wrong. G1ANT fired whole developers team TWICE. Go ahead and think about it.

Please note that G1ANT is a startup and sometimes we have to make hard decisions in order for it to grow the fastest way possible. We're trying our best to provide good employment conditions, that's why every former employee was offered at least a month of notice, fully compensated and offers of further work possibilities.
