- Fantastic senior leadership providing insight and guidance - Personable and kind, always trying to take care of its employees with gifts and recognition, even in a remote environment - High integrity and trustworthiness
Cons
- Didn't get to meet in person due to pandemic and then remote situation, but would love to one day - Because it is a small company, when rolling off a project, there may be limited opportunities to stay with the company, which was very unfortunate since I liked the company and leadership so much!
