Where to start? While I worked with a fantastic team, the overall working environment was challenging, particularly in interactions with leadership and other functional departments. It often felt reminiscent of middle school, with unprofessional behaviors that created a tense and hostile working environment. Issues like favoritism, nepotism, and constant turnover of staff were prevalent. Until there is a significant change in the executive leadership, this company will continue to be a hamster wheel of talent-in, talent-out. Most employees with talent and brains leave within 2 years after being beaten up, undervalued, and blamed for events out of their control. I would advise potential applicants to consider these few insights seriously. I wish I had believed the many negative reviews and other red flags when I was in your shoes.
