Pros
Met a lot of different people,was in my element. Learned a lot about procedures/protocols.
Cons
A lot of backstabbing from some of the staff. No pay raise after working 1 year in baggage service dept. after taking a PAY CUT from $12 an hour to $8 an hour. Plus NO FREE PARKING-having to pay for parking every 2 weeks is VERY EXPENSIVE in Boston,plus you have to take either a shuttle bus or walk over to the terminal just to make it on time. The company more or less gave me every incentive to quit!
