Colleagues are generally helpful, easy going, workload are not so heavy (if there are no changes from the management level)
Cons
No working autonomy, all decisions are made by management level. Extremely high pressure when having meeting with management level. No respect, no trust from them. Long meeting hour, For example, meeting begins at 11am, Management level will arrive at 6pm, and then non stop meeting till 3-4am. This happened all the time. Turnover rate are very high
