There are no good reasons to work here. Seems like a good place to learn, until you realize they have no idea what they’re doing and teach all the wrong things. Only good at lying to the Cannabis Compliance Board, and faking ISO certification requirements.

Great place to work if you enjoy abusive hostility, textbook narcissistic gaslighting, and potential $100k fines for performing illegal, and unethical work if you do what they say. Raises are given on a hush money basis. Fake lab, fake science. Several people needed therapy to recover from this disgusting overly toxic work environment.
