No career prospects. Little contact with managers and supervisors. Very hard to get holidays authorized. (Among many other excuses, I even once got told that I couldn't have any of my holiday allowance as there was no budget left to pay for the cover!!!) Management are reluctant to order uniform and/or PPE for guards. I ended up buying my own even though it was in my contract that they were to provide it!!
