Pros
Reasonable pay for the work, but, no overtime is paid if you stay behind to help or handover your work, so get in and out bang on time only.
Cons
BLAME culture is was it is at g4s, management are bullies and look to point the finger immediately and make it public adding to the humiliation. It seems acceptable to give lack of training then ridicule you when something goes wrong, oh, and dish out a disciplinary in the process. If you think there could be any progression, think long and hard, unless you are liked by the management you haven't got a chance and you have to have very good IT skills and then you'll have a chance. Training promised for 9 months, but excuse after excuse as to why none was given.
