Pros
Entry to some great events and zero hours contract means you can choose to work or not. Often fairly easy work. You can get your SIA licence training through the company.
Cons
Long hours sometimes some very boring work and dealing with people that can be difficult. Usually outside in all weather and you might be stood at a gate for 12 hours. Breaks aren't long and all for minimum wage.
