Worked with some great people. Actual job good fun and very interesting. A different situation every day. Able to get out and about because not stuck in an office every single day.
Cons
Lack of support from all of management. Huge blame culture. Low morale. Inadequate personal safety measures in place. Wholly disciplinarian structure with no room for discretion or reason.
