      Pros

      Good team work structure, home work balance is good,. Good promotion prospects within the company. Working 2 weeks on and 2 weeks of plus fly in and fly out

      Cons

      Can never get enough uniform, 2 sets to last 2 weeks is not enough. Benefits are only the basic plan, they need to improve this especially in canada
