Pros
Mostly great co workers that work hard and really do have the youth's best interest involved, earn PTO every pay period, great values to aspire to, corporate does respond quickly in most instances,
Cons
Low wages for salaried and hourly employees, poor training, poor management at some facilities, poor ethics at some facilities, does not honor employees efforts in deeds or in words, will work you to the bone and not care. Some of the staff are too familiar with the youth and its counterproductive to their treatment
