Bad management - Patrol Supervisor G4S Employee Review

The payment to some guards at certain locations in very terrible, due to this most of the guards around some location would either come to work late or not come to work all.. in some case they guards would have to stand in and work for 24 hrs... I believe if the wages was increase, they would not have problem like that or have little problems like that...
