Rumour factory, lacking transparency. Bad local management, which readily sacrifices its employees to the extent when people take their annual leaves later to find out that they were fired. Local management is literally detached from the reality and has no idea of the marine industry. Expats working in it are racist and often mistreat local employees. Corrupt and intransparent. Never pay overtime work to the employees. The company is still litigating with its former employees, expats. The local leadership often uses threats of lawsuits and litigations to push people out of their jobs. The local leadership is very unprofessional with no managerial experience in the marine industry.
