Pros

A few good people do actually work here.

Cons

Negative attitude by upper management and most of senior sales staff towards production employees; bullying and intimidation tactics used to try and force overtime; made to feel worthless if your life doesn't involve breathing, eating and sleeping Gadar Promotions; constant flow of completely unrealistic production expectations; lying, manipulating and deceitful behavior by upper management to get what they want; lying to suppliers to get free goods to cover up mistakes made; little knowledge by sales staff of the goods they actually sell causes massive production issues; yelling at lower level employees for mistakes caused by incompetence of sales staff and upper management; staff who suck up to management are held in very high regard which enables them to do things which would get them fired at ANY other place of employment, such as sleeping on the job, watching porn on company computers, harrassing behavior towards others and having little to no skill to do what they are actually paid to do; overall a very toxic and disfunctional work environment; little respect is given to those who actually have the necessary skills to do the work.

Pros

Regular and flexible hours capable of accommodating appointments and other such things. A nice long 2 week holiday for Christmas.

Cons

Upper management is tremendously disorganized and incompetent. They and the sales staff don't know a thing about the goods they sell for a living, making unrealistic promises to clients which cannot be met. They favor certain employees as if they're irreplaceable, even after countless mistakes and deceptions warranting termination. Yet others are treated as peons barely worth minimum wage. Blame is constantly being shifted away from upper management onto lower level employees. Those with education and skill in their respective backgrounds aren't compensated fairly for their work. Dozens of mistakes are made weekly, often costing the company money.
