      Pros

      Great pay for full-time employees, pays attention to safety, benefits are good.

      Cons

      After the merger with Elk Corporation, I saw a major change in direction of product design, and not for the better. Hard to have a work/life balance with weekend work and it being a 24 hr operation. Not many career opportunities because employees stay in the positions long.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
