      Pros

      Training and advancement opportunities. Professional management style that encourages self development and growth. Good balance of time spent between office doing paper work and plant floor troubleshooting process issues. You're not stuck behind a desk all day. Lot's of opportunities to cross train with other departments and roles at smaller plants.

      Cons

      Some work assignments can become quite monotonous in a manufacturing environment.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
