      They care about their people and try to do the right things. They are very stable. They compensate well. Some level of flexibility.

      Cons

      High work load. Not always a lot of room for advancement/movement depending on your position.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
