      If you want to grow, GAF will help sow the soil. There is ample opportunity for personal and professional development. The people are also incredibly kind and not in a phony way.

      Cons

      There seems to be no pay transparency, and HR gets a little aggressive and skittish if you ask if they are paying you right.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
