      Pay and benefits are great

      Cons

      The place is an HR and OSHA nightmare. Constant injuries with no action from leadership beyond finding ways to lay blame on the injured. Constant shouting matches and profanity between employees and leadership. "Hostile work environment" does not begin to cover it. Ineffective HR department. Forced overtime on less than 24 hours notice. Forced repeated 72-85 hour workweeks to cover employees who quit. Very poor training.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
