Datacenter team is good , if you want to join only join that department , all the rest departments manager would not support you.

During the covid crisis since we are we struggling this company had made a rule for its sales guys that if they dont acheive 3x of their salary in target the company will not be pay 100 percent salary to their employees and this was done on monthly basis ,a employee who doesnt acheive 3x of his salary will not get full salary , this has been going on from the month of June 2020 and is presently still going on , there are sales employees who have still till the month of march 2021 have not received their salary since last 4 -5 months and the company has still not given them salary since they have not acheived 3x of their target. this is the reason i had left this organisation in month of december since they had not given my salary of mine for last 2 months which was supposed to be my fixed salary . this company is pathetic lala company , please dont join here

Galaxy confirms that there is not a single employee whose fixed salary has been held back for 4-5 months for any reason whatsoever. In fact, Galaxy is one of the very few companies which not only did not cut jobs or salaries or mark anyone absent during the period of the lockdowns, but also paid all salaries on time. After the lockdowns were relaxed, all employees were given the option to work from home or attend office as long as they could perform their duties. Those who could not do either, were marked absent and their salary deducted accordingly.
