      Pros

      Nothing good at this company.

      Cons

      Work Related:- 1) They will make you do Copy-paste and will make you feel you are analyzing something. 2) They hire for 6 months contract and most probably won't convert to Full time and if get converted they make you train your replacement and when training is done they will fire you. 3) They hire in BULK and fire people in BULK. 4) Upper management are insecure of their position thus, firing people is what they care the most. 5) No Work ethics, they will literally send you back home if you are not in office by 9:30 am but their is no exit time. Thus, they treat you like BONDED LABOUR. 6) They honor sycophants so if you aren't and have an opinion about issues they will not like it. 7) Management feels they are GODS of your life. 8) If you take leave in Weekdays they make you work on Weekend to compensate the loss of work. 9) No compensation or Variables. 10) Toxic Work Culture. 11) No Career benefits or growth.

      Pros

      I have completed one year with the company, and it has been a very rewarding experience so far. The work is challenging, which keeps it engaging and helps in continuous learning and skill development. The management truly appreciates individuals who take ownership and accountability for their work. For those who show initiative, there are strong opportunities for growth and career advancement. One of the aspects I value the most is the level of trust and autonomy provided. There is no micromanagement, and employees are given the freedom to improve or alter processes as needed, as long as deliverables are met effectively. Overall, it’s a great place for self-driven individuals who enjoy taking responsibility and want to grow in a supportive.

      Cons

      The timelines can be quite tight at times, which may create pressure during peak periods. Some processes are still evolving and in the optimization phase, which can occasionally lead to inefficiencies. Additionally, there is a lack of comprehensive documentation, making it slightly challenging for new team members or when handling complex tasks.

      Pros

      - the work is very diverse — in just one year I've touched CI/CD, GitOps infrastructure, frontend (React), and AI agents - managers on the AI side are experienced and lead the team well, I feel that there is a long term plan, a mid-term plan and a short-term plan, so I have clear overview on what should be done - we have an office in WeWork in Prague, which is very nice - strong product team — there's a well-defined product roadmap, and engineering decisions are guided by it rather than ad-hoc.

      Cons

      - the work is quite demanding, it's expected that it may not be 9-5 but rather "9-whenever your work is done" - there are very strict home-office rules, only 2 days a week, we report HO to a company system and manager has to approve it (approves it in 100% of the cases, but still, it's something that I wasn't used to from my previous experience)

Please raise this in your regular one-to-one so we can review team capacity / project resourcing and take action where needed. Our hybrid way of working in Prague is designed to balance in-person collaboration with flexibility.
